1. While our website's are designed to perform well in searches, Google ranking (or any other search engine ranking) can never be guaranteed.

2. Until payment is made in full, all content remains the property of Avondhu Internet Services.

3. If you choose a dedicated hosting option it is your responsibility to renew the hosting & domain when requested by your hosting provider. If you do not, your website may be lost and your domain could be purchased by a new owner. Failure to renew will also mean loss of any e-mail addresses associated with the domain.

4. Our "Pay Monthly" subscription based website deals work on the basis of us building a website and leasing it to you. You will never own the website or the domain name.

5. Pay Monthly website's are copyright protected. You are not permitted to copy any element of the website for reproduction elsewhere with the exception of images/video's supplied by yourself.

6. Pay monthly website's are leased on a specific term. Should you wish to cancel your subscription before the specified term is completed a cancellation charge of 50% of the outstanding term fees will apply.

7. On cancellation of a pay monthly website, or if the lease term simply ends and is not renewed, all personal content (Your company name, photo's, video's and contact details etc) will be removed from the website and it will be offered for sale to the highest bidder.

8. Pay monthly fees are fixed for the agreed term. At the renewal date, the latest fee structure may apply.

9. We are more than happy to update/change your website to reflect any changes you may make to your business. These changes however take time, and time is money! A minimum charge of €20 will apply to any changes. If the changes required will cost more than this we will provide a quotation for your approval before any work begins. Simply use the contact form to let us know what your require.

10. For full package customers we provide FTP access (on request) to your website so you can make changes yourself. If you mess it up though and want us to fix it, there may be a cost involved.

11. While we are happy for full package customers to change their websites themselves, any content uploaded must conform to local law. Pornographic, offensive or slanderous content is forbidden and if it is reported to us it will be removed. Violation of this term could result in your account being cancelled without notice.

12. Pay monthly websites do NOT include FTP access to the webspace.

13. We require a 50% deposit for full package websites, or the first subscription payment for "Pay Monthly" websites before any design work will begin.

14. Deposits are non-refundable.
