1. While our website's are designed to perform well in searches, Google ranking (or any other search engine ranking) can never be guaranteed.

2. Until payment is made in full, all content remains the property of Avondhu Internet Services.

3. We are more than happy to update/change your website to reflect any changes you may make to your business. These changes however take time, and time is money! A minimum charge of €20 will apply to any changes. If the changes required will cost more than this we will provide a quotation for your approval before any work begins. Simply use the contact form to let us know what your require.

4. We provide FTP access (on request) to your website so you can make changes yourself. If you mess it up though and want us to fix it, there may be a cost involved.

5. While we are happy for customers to change their websites themselves, any content uploaded must conform to local law. Pornographic, offensive or slanderous content is forbidden and if it is reported to us it will be removed. Violation of this term could result in your account being cancelled without notice.

6. We require a 50% deposit for websites before any design work will begin.

7. Deposits are non-refundable.
