Q. How long will it be before my new website is up and running?
A. This depends on the complexity of the design and features that you require. An average website though can be completed in approx 2 - 3 weeks.

Q. Do I need any technical knowledge to complete the process?
A. No, we handle all the technical bits leaving you free to concentrate on the design. All you need to do is to keep in regular contact with the designer (Via e-mail if possible) and guide the website build as it progresses

Q. What costs are involved in a new website?
A. There a three costs involved in a new website. Our design fee, a charge for your website address or URL, and a charge for hosting your website. The design fee is a "one off" charge, but the URL and hosting are payable annually. Depending on your choice of hosting and URL this amount can vary between €40 and €100 per annum.

Q. How many e-mail addresses can I have with my website?
A. Our standard website packages include up to 5 e-mail addresses as standard, but up to 100 are possible if required.

Q. What happens if my website needs updating?
A. Our designers are always on hand to update your website when required. Alternatively we can give you full FTP access to your web space so that you can make changes yourself.

Q. Can you provide hosting?
A. We offer 2 hosting options. Shared Hosting starts at just €30 per annum, and dedicated hosting from just €80 per annum. Dedicated hosting has the advantage of allowing the user to logon to their website control panel & manage e-mail addresses, view the latest visitors and traffic statistics and create custom backups as required.
